The licenses sent from here are promotion type, whose main purpose is for you to evaluate the OS to take the time to make the decision to buy it in future. It’s a tradition of Microsoft and most other corporations that they rarely provide support to promotion kits.

If you want the support from Microsoft, I’m afraid you’ll need to purchase retail copies at local software store to get that.

The bottom line is, you got the good for free, so you’d have to take care of it on your own.

Are there download links for Windows 7 disc?

Microsoft had never publicly provided any download links for Windows 7 disc, although leaks existed.

This site is not about download links to software, so you’d have to find those links yourselves or turn to other ways, for which I truly cannot help. Please understand me.

Well, it’d been good all the way down the giveaway, but at the end of it, hundreds of applicants rushed here. We all knew what had happened.

To be frank, I started this giveaway to thank my readers, not to attract more readers.

You should be aware that I didn’t toss any ad on Web. If all I want is visitor, I’d simply make this giveaway a routine one with one or two licenses to gift each time and heavily advertise it to get ever more visitors interested in that.

Also there is a fact that I don’t like professional freebie diggers. These people always try to sweep every free goodie there ever exists. That being said, I know among the winners of this giveaway, lots are this kind.

Even so, I still kept my words, purely in hopes of spreading some joy during holidays no matter who they are or how they got notified about this info.

Nevertheless, in my anticipation, there are certain basic rules for website free giveaways everyone knows well, like “don’t expect extra service” etc. Maybe sound harsh? But think about the fact the owner managed to get these licenses ready and users just came leaving their comments so some of them became winners. Were I a winner here, I won’t expect any more. A product key is enough. I believe many people would agree with me.

If there exists any ambiguity around this giveaway, my apologies here. I should have put them down in rules although I believe everyone familiar with my giveaways should know it already.

Large scale giveaways are always welcome while costly. I’m happy to see lots of people happy with their winning, but it’s hard to keep it up, especially considering problems caused by freebie diggers. So far from my next giveaway, I’d take some leisure time to think up a better idea under which I can truly touch hearts of true readers of this tiny blog.
