1. The licenses I exchanged with you are vaild for ever. It’s yours, so it’s up to you to decide when to use and how long you would use. Actually you can use the products as long as you wish.

2. As long as Microsoft releases any SP for it, you can always use the key in the newly SPed OS.

If your still looking for a ‘safe’ way to exchange keys with people, I would be happy to act as an ‘escrow’ (e.g. they send me their key, you send me yours. When I have both, I forward them to each party). I’m not being dodgy, I already have 2 keys (my gf and I are f/t srudents – go DreamSpark!) but I always want more and thought this solution might be the one your looking for

Well, Alan, if you are familiar with retail license from Microsoft for Server systems, you will know they shared same. You can activate online for only once, afterwards you have to phone them but that won’t create you any further trouble.

I have to say it’s a trade off.

Hi Silver. Thank you for your keys. I got them, six for sure. Those are great keys, although there is a problem. It seems this kind of key can only be activated online once. Even a reinstallation would need phone activation, which is rather frustrating.

Whatever, fine by me. As long as they work well and get validated as legal, I have no comlaints.
